The purpose of these Terms of Service is to establish the rights and responsibilities of both SNDX.io and its users. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This document applies to all users, whether you are a registered member or a guest, and governs all interactions with the SNDX.io platform, including sound downloads, credit purchases, and plugin access. 4. Credits and Payments

4.1. Purchase of Credits

SNDX.io operates on a credit-based system. Users may purchase credits through our designated payment methods. The purchase of credits is non-refundable, except as expressly provided by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. By purchasing credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize SNDX.io to charge your chosen payment method accordingly.

4.2. Credit Usage for Sample Downloads

Each audio sample downloaded from SNDX.io costs 1 credit. The credit cost will only be displayed if it differs from the standard 1 credit price. Once credits are spent on a download, they are considered consumed and non-reversible.

4.3. Sample Download Credits and Pricing

Credits may be used to download audio samples available on SNDX.io. The standard price is 1 credit per sample. If a sample requires a different number of credits, this will be clearly indicated on the sample. All transactions are final once the download is confirmed.

4.4. Plugin Access

Plugins are not available for purchase with credits. Plugins may be purchased separately through one-time payments or accessed through subscription plans. Plugin access is granted only for as long as the associated subscription remains active. Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription, plugin access will be terminated.

4.5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. In cases of technical errors or service failures, SNDX.io may, at its discretion, offer credit refunds or compensatory credits. If you encounter any issues with transactions or credit usage, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use SNDX.io for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in fraud, spamming, or other deceptive practices.

SNDX.io retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying content and methodology used to produce such content. 6.2. Licensing and Usage Rights

Upon downloading a sound or sample, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the content according to the specific usage rights detailed on our platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not sublicense, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the downloaded content beyond its intended use without prior written consent from SNDX.io. 7.2. Sample Credit Costs for Downloads

Downloading audio samples requires the expenditure of credits. Each sample costs 1 credit unless otherwise indicated. Once credits are used to download content, they are considered consumed and non-recoverable.

7.3. Plugin Access and Delivery

Downloaded plugins are made available in standard formats and can be accessed immediately upon successful completion of the transaction or subscription activation. Plugin access is tied to an active subscription where applicable. SNDX.io is not responsible for issues arising from user equipment or software incompatibilities. In cases of technical difficulties, our support team is available to assist, though we do not guarantee that issues will be resolved in real time.
